Tips & Usage Guide
- Fem21 can be taken with or without food anytime of the day
- Iron is best taken at lunch time away from other supplements with food
- Period - tablet for pain relief: 1 tablet twice daily, in the morning and evening, with or without meals. Begin 2 - 3 days before a period and continue for 7 days
Storage Instructions
- Store Fem21 at or below 25°C, do not add to hot drinks or food.
- Store Iron & Brain Support below 30°C in a dry place away from direct sunlight
- Store Period below 30°C in a dry place away from direct sunlight
Precautions
Fem21:
- Not recommended for use in pregnancy, especially after 12 weeks – may be used at a ½ dose in the first trimester if previously taking Fem21 prior to getting pregnant.
- Not recommended whilst exclusively breastfeeding, generally safe after baby is 6 months.
- If using medication we recommend separating the dose of Fem21 by 2 hours due to it's high fibre content
- Not recommended if undergoing IVF in stimulatory phase

Period:
- Dietary supplements should not replace a balanced diet
- May harm the liver
- Use in children under 12 years is not recommended
- Do not use for more than 7 days; not for prolonged use
