Dispatch

We pack and dispatch orders fast, place your order and it'll leave our Gold Coast (QLD) warehouse the next business day. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are dispatched the next business day. Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking so you can follow it to your door.

Australia

Delivery times are estimates from dispatch and may vary slightly for regional and remote areas. 

International

We ship almost everywhere in the world! International shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size, you'll see the exact cost before you pay. Delivery times vary by destination, typically [7–21] business days from dispatch.

A note for international customers: your order may be subject to customs charges, import duties or taxes set by your country. These are determined by your local customs office and are the responsibility of the customer they're not included in your order total or controlled by us. United States

Yes, we ship to the USA! Rates and transit times are calculated at checkout.

Wrong address?

Double-check your shipping address at checkout — if you spot a mistake, email us ASAP at hello@fem21.com and we'll do our best to catch it before dispatch. Once an order has shipped, we're unable to redirect it, and re-shipping fees may apply for parcels returned to us.

Delays

Once your parcel is with the carrier, delivery times are in their hands. The occasional delay (weather, peak season, carrier hiccups) is outside our control — but if your order seems lost or is taking much longer than expected, reach out and we'll chase it for you.
