When formulating the skincare I worked with a compounding chemist and took advice from a dermal therapist.

I put this pack together because these are the products I use myself and the ones customers ask about most often. It just made sense to put them together.
Directions
- Fem21 can be taken with or without food anytime of the day
- If taking 2 scoops / day separate your doses to 1 in the morning 1 at night
Follow instructions on info card contained in pack on how to use skin care, BioZinc and Fem21.
Storage Instructions
- Store Fem21 at or below 25°C, do not add to hot drinks or food.
- Store BioZinc below 30°C in a dry place away from direct sunlight
- Store compounded Skin Tingle & B3 Serum at or below 30°C away from direct sunlight (use within 6 months of opening)
Precautions
Fem21:
- Not recommended if using Hormonal contraceptives such as the oral contraceptive pill (OCP), implant devices (Implanon or Nuva Ring), or contraceptive injections (Depo Vera) as it may decrease the contraceptive action – can be used safely with an intra-uterine-device (IUD) both the progesterone or Copper IUD.
- Not recommended for use in pregnancy, especially after 12 weeks – may be used at a ½ dose in the first trimester if previously taking Fem21 prior to getting pregnant.
- Not recommended whilst exclusively breastfeeding, generally safe after baby is 6 months.
- If using medication we recommend separating the dose of Fem21 by 2 hours due to it's high fibre content
- Not recommended if undergoing active treatment for hormonal dependent cancers
Discuss use with your doctor or health care practitioner if you have any concerns or are on medication which may interact
Skin Tingle:
- Do not leave on skin for longer than 2 minutes
- Skin will be red after use - best used at night before bed - if redness remains the following day, discontinue use.

I’m Meah, thank you for being here. You've probably found yourself here because you’ve heard great things about Fem21.
I’m the founder of Fem21. I created Fem21 in 2015 and over the years thousands of women in Australia and internationally have made it part of their day.
As a mother of two, Fem21 came out of my own need for one simple thing I could take every day.
I designed this beautiful blend to bring together 21 herbs, greens, superfoods, fibre and probiotics in one scoop. I'm so happy that Fem21 has become part of so many women's daily routine.

Frequently Asked Questions
What if I have a sensitive gut?
Some people notice changes in digestion when adding extra fibre to their diet. Start with a half scoop and build up, and drink plenty of water. If you feel unwell, stop and speak to your health professional.
How long should I take it for?
Man21 is designed to be part of your daily routine. Most customers take it every morning.
Are there different doses for weight or age?
- Standard dose is 1 scoop / day for most
- If your weight is less than 50kg we recommend a ½ scoop / day
- If your weight is above 90-100kg we recommend 2 scoops / day
- Not suitable for children
Tell me about zinc?
We recommend taking Zinc for at least 6 months. It's excellent for reducing inflammation, promoting healing, balancing hormones, and overall skin health.
It's best to take zinc at night before bed as it may cause you to feel nauseous. Zinc also competes with other minerals for absorption which is why we recommend having it at this time of day.
You can have a blood test to ascertain your zinc levels with your doctor (please stop taking any zinc 3 days prior to testing for accurate results) a Naturopath can also guide you if your zinc deficient.
Why I made this pack?
I put together the Inside Out Acne Pack based on my own experience with hormonal acne from my teens well into my 30's. I've tried a lot of products internally and externally! This combo just worked really well for me. I was forever recommending skin care and zinc to my patients and Fem21 customers. It just made sense to put it into a pack. The results we've had are just amazing!
