Tips & Usage Guide
- Man21 can be taken with or without food anytime of the day
- Preconception multi is best taken in the morning with food
- PreNatal DHA can be taken anytime of the day with food
- Zinc Sustain is best taken at night before bed 2-3 tablets based on your weight.
Storage Instructions
- Store Man21 at or below 25°C, do not add to hot drinks or food.
- Store Zinc & Omega DHA below 30°C in a dry place away from direct sunlight
Precautions
Man21:
- If using medication we don't recommend using Man21 as it contains St. John's wort.
Discuss use with your doctor or health care practitioner if you have any concerns or are on medication which may interact
Preconception Multi:
- Vitamin and mineral supplements should not replace a balanced diet.
- Not for the treatment of iron deficiency conditions.
- Contains selenium which is toxic in high doses. A daily dose of 150 micrograms for adults from dietary supplements should not be exceeded.
- Do not take while on warfarin therapy without medical advice.
PreNatal DHA:
- Consult with your physician before taking this product if you have know medical condition, are taking medications (including blood thinners), or if your are allergic to iodine.

What if I have a sensitive gut?
Some people notice changes in digestion when adding extra fibre to their diet. Start with a half scoop and build up, and drink plenty of water. If you feel unwell, stop and speak to your health professional.
How long should I take it for?
Fem21 is designed to be part of your daily routine. Most customers take it everyday in the morning. We recommend sticking with it for at least 3-4 months.
Are there different doses for weight or age?
- Standard dose is 1 scoop / day for most
- If your weight is less than 50kg we recommend a ½ scoop / day
- If your weight is above 90-100kg we recommend 2 scoops / day
- Not suitable for children
