Directions & Precautions
Mix 1 scoop (approx. 10g) into water, juice or a smoothie 1-2 times per day. Tips: Add powder before liquid for better mixing. Drink quickly as thickens in water. See website for smoothie recipes.
Precautions for Fem21:
- Not recommended if using Hormonal contraceptives such as the oral contraceptive pill (OCP), implant devices (Implanon or Nuva Ring), or contraceptive injections (Depo Vera) as it may decrease the contraceptive action – can be used safely with an intra-uterine-device (IUD) both the progesterone or Copper IUD.
- Not recommended for use in pregnancy, especially after 12 weeks – may be used at a ½ dose in the first trimester if previously taking Fem21 prior to getting pregnant.
- Not recommended whilst exclusively breastfeeding, generally safe after baby is 6 months.
- If using medication we recommend separating the dose of Fem21 by 2 hours due to it's high fibre content
- Not recommended if undergoing active treatment for hormonal dependent cancers

I formulated Fem21 in 2015, and over the years more than 60,000 women in Australia and internationally have made it part of their day, so it was time to make something for men too.
As a mother of two, Fem21 came out of my own need for one simple thing I could take every day.

What if I have a sensitive gut?
Some people notice changes in digestion when adding extra fibre to their diet. Start with a half scoop and build up, and drink plenty of water. If you feel unwell, stop and speak to your health professional.
How long should I take it for?
Man21 is designed to be part of your daily routine. Most customers take it every morning.
Are there different doses for weight or age?
- Standard dose is 1 scoop / day for most
- If your weight is less than 50kg we recommend a ½ scoop / day
- If your weight is above 90-100kg we recommend 2 scoops / day

How does it taste?
Fem21 is an all natural herbal greens drink. As such it has an earthy green taste. We don't use any flavours or anything artificial. So after mixing your Fem21 powder into a drink (either water, juice or smoothie) consume immediately as will thicken over time. Taste is subjective some people love it others struggle with the texture. The most important thing is what it's doing for your body and I'm sure you'll find a way of having it daily that you love. It's not meant to be fun, but functional, save your fun drinks for the weekend.
Do I need extra water?
Yes, as Fem21 is high in fibre we recommend increasing your water intake by at least 500ml / day, please ensure you're drinking 2L / day in total of filtered water.
Do I need to start slowly?
If you have a sensitive stomach we suggest starting on a ½ scoop and building up to a full dose.
Can I take it long term?
Man21 is designed to be part of your daily routine, taken every morning.
I’m Gluten Sensitive, can I take Fem21?
Fem21 contains Wheatgrass & Barley Grass which are Gluten Free. Wheatgrass& Barley Grass are derived from the sprout and Gluten is only found in the kernel of the seed. Harvesting Wheatgrass & Barley Grass before the seed has had time to form. The Wheatgrass and Barley Grass used in Fem21 is batch tested to be gluten free. Fem21 is safe for Coeliac or Gluten Sensitive individuals.

I’m on Medication can I take Man21?
I wouldn't recommend starting Man21 if you're on medication as it contains St. John's wort which can affect the way many prescription medications work. Please check with your doctor or health care practitioner to see if it’s safe for you to take Man21 with your prescribed medication.
Is it normal to feel worse before I feel better? Is this a detox?
In the first 2 weeks of commencing Man21 it’s quite normal for your body to go through a detoxification process if needed, to rebalance your health. Ideally continue to use Man21 to see this process of cleansing, detoxification & rebalancing through to the other side. You can adjust your dose to cope better if needed (i.e. reduce to a 1/2 scoop). Your body will be happy & healthy having cleansed the toxic burden that it was previously carrying. Temporary symptoms may include: changes in bowel frequency, bloating, headaches, fatigue, skin breakouts, fluid retention or nausea. Remember to rest when necessary, drink plenty of water to flush, and eat clean. Don’t worry if you don’t experience a detoxification effect, everyone is different. If you feel you’re experiencing negative side effects from taking Man21 please stop immediately and discuss with your health care practitioner.
How long until I notice a difference in how I’m feeling?
Some men have reported that they feel better within the first week of starting Man21. However it’s recommended to stay on Man21 consistently for a minimum of 2 months to allow for your health to improve. After this point you can stay on Man21 to maintain general health & wellbeing long-term or as needed.
